I believe in the power of telling and owning our stories. We all have different experiences that shape the way we view our lives, others, and the world around us. My heart is for people and giving them the space to safely share their story and process through the experiences they have, both joyous and difficult. As a counselor, I believe in supporting, encouraging, empowering, and motivating my clients to make the changes they want to make while continuing to grow in their development of who they are as a whole-hearted person.

 

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and individuals moving through life experiences including building identity and autonomy, relational issues, grief and loss, and healing from trauma. If you are looking for someone to support you and navigate through this growth and development, I am here to walk alongside you and empower you on this journey. I believe in a Person-Centered approach that utilizes both Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral techniques to set goals and work towards achieving them.

 

I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado with a Masters Degree in Counseling. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist with anxiety, depression, and PTSD therapy. I am here to help you find hope for your future and the support you need now to live a whole-hearted life and find healing.
